I haven't done a car boot sale for at least 12 years. I have no idea how much we made back then but let me just say it was certainly a lot less than what we made yesterday. I would have been chuffed if we'd of managed £50. We managed to make over £155!!! Soooooo chuffed! That's plenty of extra cash for our wedding and we have a lot less crap laying around our house now!

And thanks to everyone who donated their stuff to us. Our next door neighbour practically gave us her whole shed to sell, and we made a load out of it. As well as Mike picking up a brand new stereo. It has 7 speakers and sitting in our living room is like visiting the cinema!!! Seriously we know some of the nicest people!

When we were at the car boot sale we hardly had any time to unload the stuff before people were buying it. Once it had calmed down some old lady was looking at a QPR pillow that my mum bought years ago. She said she was going to buy it for her son, who used to play for QPR. I asked who he is and she said Marc Bircham! I told her that I'd met him and that he's such a lovely guy. I couldn't believe that Marc Bircham's gran was buying  something  for him from our stall!!!

So yes the car boot sale was a major success! We bought home some stuff but mostly just books. We had some Chinese when we came home and watched the X Factor and then I was in bed. I was so tired!

I can't remember if I've posted this but Mike and I have moved everything around. We now sleep in a different room and it's amazingly hard to get used to being in there! It looks amazing though, like something out of a TV renovation show.

Anyway like I said another 2 weeks of packed wedding stuff!!! Here we come!

As someone asked (sorry I don't know you) in a comment to the previous post, yesterday was the first day I'd tried wedding dresses on! It was such a wonderful experience, so many dresses that suited me and I looked and felt like a princess! I went with my mum and we got loads of pictures of me in several dresses!

This weekend we have the Extra Wedding Fund Car Boot Sale. In a weird way I'm looking forward to that as well. We have so much junk!

Good morning everyone. I'm feeling a little blue, I'm having yet another hormonal/emotional trip and it sucks. Just have to ride it out I guess. Anyway let's have a little update as I can't be arsed with anything long.

I've done a Facebook friend cut. Deleted all the bitches and general no gooders from my life. Feel better for it as well!!!

I've uploaded the picture of my wedding shoes. God they are gorgeous. You can see them at www.playingthevillain.blogspot.com. I've also added pictures of other little things we've got that's wedding related. Rather a large photo post! And what I got really excited about was I found the perfect Bridesmaid dresses, and you can also see the pictures of the dress over at my other blog!

My mum has had a great idea of raising any extra money for anything we want for our wedding by selling all our useless crap. We have plenty of money for the wedding we want but having some extra cash means we can buy any little extras that we hadn't planned on. So we're gonna have a car boot sale! Great idea because 1) I haven't done a carboot sale in ages and I love them and 2) Our house is crowded with junk that we don't need! We've got loads of other people offering us there stuff to put money towards our extra wedding fund. Bless everyone, love you!!! So right now we're just going through and pricing everything and then we'll be selling it at the car boot sale on Sunday. It's a shame the Ricky car boot sale isn't still around but we've just had to go to the next nearest one. Proper looking forward to it, and bet we can raise quite a bit of money!
